Cista Dublonis Timeline
  • February 25th, 1993 - First recorded siting is recorded in a small Micronesia newspaper.
  • March 7th, 1993 - The man known as Dublon perishes.
  • November 5th, 1993 - Dr. Phyllis E. Alexander and Dr. Lewis V. Butler discover both their patients have the same markings on their left torso
  • January 15th, 1994 - National Commission on the Dublon Incident created
  • August 2nd, 1996 - National Commission on the Dublon Incident files its first report
  • November 8th, 1996 - The Commission receives a new mandate for yearly updates on the first report
  • November 15th, 2005 - The Commission is notified much of its research will be declassified
  • April 16th, 2006 - The website goes live and the Commission's research is finally made public
