This picture shows Elsie Ault with her Spartan Aircraft Company Land Yacht in 1950. With her letter on January 4th, 1999 Elsie sent this picture. She wrote that the picture was of her in 1950 and she just wanted to share it with us, because it reminded her of the best times of her life with her husband William. William passed away in 1979. In the letter she also explained how she was taking on the role of Spartan Aircraft Company Historian. We hope to get in contact with her to update our information on her, and help her publish her work.

Notice the multiple signatures; the Commission compared these signatures to the one we have on file from our original meeting with Elsie and determined with a 80% surety that it is her signature. We believe her extended exposure to the sun may be having some effects on her motor skills, which would account for the multiple signatures. The amount of sun she takes in daily may account for an increased limb-kinetic apraxia.
